Welcome to the S.K.F.K.A.
your instructors are:-
Derek Dudgeon (Scottish, British Team champion)
Angus Meudell (Scottish, British, European, USA, World champion)
You dont need to be fit to start Martial Arts. Through time and gradual training we will give you the fitness and ability to perform the various techniques.
Competition Fighting is an option but great fun, we do Full contact, ligtht contact and semi-contact points fighting.
Classes are running every monday night, with more on the way.
Come along and have a chat with any of the instuctors.
